Great location right on York Beach. Rooms are accessible from the car park if you are on the ground floor. Room is very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom a tad on the small side but shower was good. I would definitely stay here again no hesitation.

I could connect to the Hotel's WIFI, but the WIFI connection to the internet was terrible. OK to read email. but not good enough to do any real work from my room. Also, as a pet friendly Hotel there should be a dog walk area.

Good to have breakfast and gym. I wished it had like a dinner or lunch option on site at the restaurant if you don’t want to leave the hotel for food. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.
