Cuyo Island Pet-friendly Vacations

Check in was swift. Room was okay, however, I was disappointed about bathroom doors not having locks or locks in the shower as water tends to come out and soak the floor. We noticed thats the sides were leaking as well when we shower and the ceiling does too because of probably condensation from the airconditioning unit. But the staff were accommodating and the food was great so overall still a good experience.

Was a very special place. Great personal staff, good food, beautiful location. The only thing that could use a bit of attention is the boat and staff that pick you up. It’s a bit dirty and staff was unkept.

Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality.

Absolutely stunning and luxurious resort! The staff and service were fantastic from the moment we were picked up from our previous hotel and housekeeping tended to the room twice daily. The island is beautiful - we felt completely relaxed in this slice of paradise!

The beach area is very clean and the free activities like kayaking and paddle boarding are the highlights of our trip. The staff are very accomodating and the free shuttle around Lio beach made our trip enjoyable. I highly recommend the hotel.

Love the service and the staff

We loved the fact that they provided Netflix! So much more useful than the cable channels provided by most hotels. We loved the view from our bed!!! We had a view of the sunset and the beach and the sea. It was spectacular. We loved that the music wasn’t obnoxious. We didn’t want a party atmosphere. We loved the pool having saltwater instead of chlorine but it had alot of dead bees in it which sort of freaked me out. The staff worry about cleaning the fallen petals on the street outside the hotel (which doesn’t bother anyone) while not cleaning the pool. I don’t understand that logic. I loved the bed. It felt like firm latex. It was very comfortable. I didn’t feel my husband moving next to me which is amazing. The curtains are not blackout curtains though so the light from the pool and common area did disturb us. I put a shirt over my eyes so I could sleep.

This is your best bet in El Nido. The hotel amenities , restaurant and bar are on point . All the staff are super knowledgeable and attentive. Best service I have received at any hotel on my trip to the philippines.
