We were booked for three nights - arrived early for check in and were given an upgrade to our room which was lovely as we could settle in 3 hours earlier than expected. Room was spacious, clean and just what we needed for three nights. We were in walking distance to everything in the CBD and outer suburbs. There are some great dining experiences in Lt Collins Street and Hardware Lane very close to Treasury on Collins.

Beautiful new facilities
Dining options limited to 2 course or 3 course package but we drove to the pub at Yarra Glen (10 mins) and had a great feed at pub prices
Beautiful views at Breakfast
We were unfortunately the only other guests that were not part of a 100+ delegate conference so we did get woken up when they were returning to their rooms after a few sherbets late at night

"Quite area with plenty of parking suitable for larger vehicles. Property has been let go a bit with swimming pool being filled in and no garden maintenance. Bed comfortable. Would have once been a great motel. Room generally clean but face washers were dirty. Although happily replaced."
