Amazing location. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Joanna was the absolute best. They truly go out their way to make you to make you feel at ease. Will be back for sure ! Complimentary wine, drinks in the fridge and snacks to top it off !

Mostly still good. Our 3rd time, and though quality is dropping, it’s still good.
Good:
Location is incredible, the best feature
Staff is very nice
Breakfast is nice. The pastries aren't what they used to be, but still decent
Should improve:
The bathroom was awkward. Unless you’re a contortionist, expect to struggle to get in the shower
The pool at the spa is unusable. Filled with small children and rowdy teenagers all day. Not very zen.
Hard to get bottles of water. Each time we asked the cleaning crew, we were told to ask the front desk
Getting the “once a stay” discount is a challenge. I honestly gave up trying, and just paid the full price, as it felt like the restaurant staff was genuinely unaware if any discount deals

It was an exceptional property to stay in, kept extremely well.
All the staff were friendly and gave excellent service.
The rooms were luxurious, with double sinks, toiletries and towelling robes and slippers.
Breakfasts were excellent, lots of variety and vegetarian options, with an omlette bar.
