From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by the property but what stood out was the friendly staff (esp Lulu!). Great location, easy to access and really enjoyed our stay!

Can not wait to come back and stay at the populous, this hotel is unique, clean and the staff is amazing.

Loved the hotel! Parking in the area was horrible and the valet was 70 a night and I was told to just call for my car and it would be there in 10 minutes when I needed. I had an early flight and called for my car 20 minutes early to be sure and go to get it and there was no valet in sight and had to go to the desk and they had to call people so I ended up rushing for my flight so that was not great

This hotel is nice, clean, and in a fun neighborhood with lots of great restaurants nearby. The hotel is small (probably about 15 rooms) and does not have a front desk or many amenities you would find at most hotels. However, it is above a fantastic restaurant and has very spacious rooms.

Three of us stayed in a room called Cheshire! It is lightly Alice in Wonderland themed and so well done! Room was clean, spacious and fun! The entire historic property is high quality and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty! On-site 12 Spirits Tavern is convenient with a great vibe! As recommended by the bartender at 12 Spirits, we walked (a few minutes) to Charlie Brown's restaurant and bar for dinner. It has a broad menu, very reasonable prices and good service. We look forward returning to Patterson Inn the next time we are in Denver!

The hotel is historic but it shows its age. The floor of the bathroom to which we were first assigned was elevated about one foot above the rest of the suite making it difficult to access for an elderly couple. In the room to which we were moved, the floor had no step into the bathroom but there were also no grab bars available in the showeror elsewhere. There was no hot water for several minutes after turning on the faucet. The wall thermostat was inoperable and we had to be supplied with a space heater. The outside air temperature was hovering around freezing at the time of our arrivsl yet an an engineer had to be called to turn off the very noisy air conditioner. On one occasion, we had to call for the room to be made up after we had waited most of the day. Our request for wake up calls was ignored. On the positive side, the hotel is beautifully decorated, the restaurant we used was excellent and a live pianist in the lobby played for much of the time.
