Room was not clean, bathroom has stains all over. The room that was given to use was near the entrance, so it was extremely noisy. The kettle in our room leaks, we called reception about it, they promised to bring it to us within 10 mins. But no one ever brought it to us during the entire stay. Extremely terrible service

Very friendly & helpful staff, amazing wellness area and superb food, both breakfast and dinner.
The only downside is the sound insulation between the rooms.
Overall a great stay!

Lovely hotel in a quiet neighborhood.
Breakfast was great
Only real “gripe” is that the in room coffee is still instant & room service is inconsistent with replenishing it.

Wow! This was an amazing hotel! It felt luxurious. They had an evening turndown service- they reset the room and get water and tea set up. The room felt spacious and comfortable. One thing we found confusing- there was a speaker in the room for music but we couldn’t figure out how to use it. There might have been a missing cord.
The spa was wonderful, we just wished it had more open hours- it closed at 9pm which felt too early.
The train station was right next door to the hotel. We didn’t hear any trains. But we the station being there, the surrounding area didn’t feel as safe in the evening.
The hotel was about 15 minutes to old town. We walked there a few times. We didn’t use the public transportation. The only parking option is through valet, which the price seemed very high. $50 per night.

"This hotel has a great location on the lake and is perfect if you want some relaxing vibe. However, the room does not have any cooling system making it impossible to stay at during summer periods. It’s surrounded by trees so if you try to open the window the room will be full of insects and bugs. ..."
