Lower Island Cove Pet-friendly Vacations

Breakfast was good. The free coffee provided included different roasts. The bed was comfortable, the temperature was easily controlled and the bath products were for sensitive skin. We had a quick and enjoyable stay.

Bathroom door could use replacing, it was an effort to close it securely. The self-moistening toilet cycled for nearly an hour after flushing and was quite loud. Our room came with a complementary bottle of wine corked with no bottle opener provided. We called reception for a bottle opener and it took an hour to arrive, similarly for towels. Complementary breakfast was good but also a little lacklustre, very meat and potatoes. The stay was otherwise very clean, quiet, friendly staff. A short walk to downtown.

We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We had a lovely breakfast delivered to our door every morning and a Nespresso machine with infinite pods right in our room along with a selection of teas and an electric kettle. Michele and Simone ensured that every need we had was met. The property is located near several wonderful bakeries and the short, walk to downtown was lined with beautiful colorful Newfoundland homes. A serene scenic park was also located very close by. We would absolutely recommend this property and will definitely use it as our main stay for future visits.

Room was clean and well-stocked with milk, butter, tea and coffee, as well as mugs, glasses and wine-glasses, soap and shampoo.
