We had to request toilet paper at one point because they didn't replenish when they cleaned the room. When we asked for it from the maid the next day, she gave us the to, but then didn't clean our room!

I have stayed in many amazing hotels but this is the top of the list. The staff, property and amenities were second to none. Words don't express how welcoming the staff is. The entire property was immaculate. IF you are ever in Cork this is the only place to stay
