Room 231 not clean. Sweetpapersunderthe bed as well as other rubbish and dust. Shattered Gleas on floor of shower and bathroom. Cut toe the result. Shower conditioner empty for 3 days. Room 232 no problem except window opened by staff leaving room cold and noisy
