Very Nice place to stay. Close to beach and restaurants.

Staffs were the best out of all.

Staff were amazing, very accommodating and helpful during the remainder of our stay! Breakfast was delicious, but portion sizes varied from day to day. Location is perfect! You are close to everything in the city and bus stops are a 2 minute walk making it easy and accessible to get anywhere!

Excellent staff and facilities. Pool and restaurant services were top notch. Friendly and helpful at every turn. A little limited with options for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. Dolphin pool was entertaining and educational. Very peaceful alternative to downtown Waikiki.

We enjoyed the location. We felt like we were in nature instead of the hectic Waikiki area. We drove all over the island everything was within an hour. The marine on the west side is great. Hotel feels very comfortable, it doesn’t feel like a mega resort. All staff were extremely kind and helpful. We’d stay here again.

Restaurant was great for breakfast. Awesome location. Easy walk to the beach.

Amazing tropical gardens, views of mountains and ocean, helpful front desk staff….. but rooms tired and rundown. Cockroaches greeted on the first day in kitchen area but seemed to disappear afterwards. Refrigerator needed defrosting. Crack between sink and fridge needed cleaning. Bathroom tiles have some mildew. Leaking sink. Issues reported and were addressed. Also, don’t recommend rooms directly under the reception area. Woken up early every morning to footsteps of staff and people seeking coffee and banana bread.

Family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Room was clean and spacious. Fully stocked kitchen, everything you need to cook. Coffee pot, toaster. Full size fridge/freezer. Great view of pool deck. Nice staff, super easy check in. They had boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas to borrow. Laundry on each floor. Parking was only $50 per week, that alone makes it worth it. Probably our new favorite spot in Waikiki.
