Northside − Vacances à la montagne

Tu he inside of the hotel really need to be renovated. The bedroom and bathroom was very outdated, everything needs to be updated. Bed was confortable. Breakfast terrible. We stayed there because of its location and reasonable price.

The room was tired and outdated with many things that needed to be upgraded. The staff are not in sync with each other. One person would tell us one thing and someone else would tell us something different. The onside golf carts are not available to help get people around. There isn’t parking available everywhere for vehicles. There are not any basketball courts, even though it is advertised that they do have them.

The Graduate by Hilton is a stunningly beautiful hotel. The room was spotless and smelled clean. The staff were both welcoming and friendly. The parking was easy and affordable although in the evening the parking staff seemed a bit overwhelmed by the high volume of cars needing to be parked. Still, everyone was very polite. The bar and dining area was comfortable and the staff there very polite and efficient. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Richmond. The location was safe and convenient.
