Great location, lots restaurants shops nearby. Easy to access centre. Room modern reasonably clean but very small. Shower like a postage stamp.

The property was very nice, very clean and well maintained. The staff was amazing and always ready to help. Breakfast was great as well!We will definitely return here next year!

Outstanding hotel and a remarkable experience staying there. The room was large and beautifully decorated as the rest of the hotel. Service was impeccable and friendly. Food was great. Lovely and intimate atmosphere. Attention to details and distinctive effort to attend to our needs. The hotel manager and Lavinia at the front desk stood out, but everybody else was extremely helpful. I hope to return!

I particularly love the authenticity of the building being hundreds of hundreds of years old and yet well cut, beautiful staff beautiful spa only lacking in the dining aspect but everything else was perfect. Highly recommend but recommend going out for dinner.

Great location between train station and downtown and ferry docks to Portofino, Fruttoso, etc. We based here to explore Cinque Terre, Portofino and Santa Margherita Hotel features an excellent gym, helpful and engaged staff, clean rooms, solid WiFi and seems dog friendly. The property is well maintained and looks much younger and hipper than the 20 years it’s been around. I’d definitely would stay at LHP again. Did not try food or drinks, but breakfast was 30 euros per person.

This place is wonderful. Perfect location close enough to the Ponte Vecchio but far enough from it that the foot traffic feels at arms length. The front desk staff is super warm and the location is beautiful. Make sure to check out the courtyard next to the front desk area and also the stunning roof top bar views. I found this spot to be exactly where I wanted to start and finish my daily walking journeys. Slip into the nearby side streets for some great cafes, restaurants and Osterias.
