Kekova Mountain Vacations

Although we there just for a night, we were happy that we booked in that hotel. Kudos also to th front desk staff who was very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean with a nice shower, but there was no microwave, even after i requested one at front desk. We had a fridge in room, but no microwave. We were also charged $10.99 per day parked in the ramp at the north tower. Should be free because we were charged $150 in resort fees.

There was a convention going on so we were upgraded to the Crockfords. Our stay was AMAZING!!! We did end up in the Conrad our last stay because we had to extend our stay due to a snow storm back home. This was a beautiful facility. The staff was lovely. (Except the lady who answered the phone when I called to ask about the coffee… she was a little short) I’d definitely come back. Oh the breakfast wasn’t that great… but I guess that’s fine….

The check-in, check-out process was an great experience. The hotel software checked me out before my scheduled check-out time. TI might want to give a software update some consideration . Overall, I enjoyed staying at TI. The noise levels on the casino floor were more muted than, for example, at the mad house that is Caesars Palace, which was much appreciated.

Staff was courteous, room was clean. Paying the $40 amenity fee per room upon arrival was unexpected. The water pressure in the shower was a trickle, barely any water pressure at all (hard to get shampoo out). Toilet ran all night long. The hotel ran out of self parking spots so we had to park across the street in a dirt lot which wasn’t ideal. The restaurant was great!

Very nice rooms and clean! Location on the strip was perfect!!
