Very quiet and clean. Staff was great.

I loved every single thing about this hotel. I was supposed to stay one night but fell in love with my room that had a balcony with the beautiful ocean view and the calmness of the property so I extended my trip by another night, which the staff was super helpful with. The hotel is newly renovated and everything is pretty much brand new. It's nestled away in a calm neighborhood and a walking distance from Whiffin Spit. I was amazed by my hotel room. The bed was big and comfy with fluffy pillows and sheets but it was the ocean view that took my breath away. Every morning, I would just sit on the balcony and relax with my coffee and watch the ocean. It's definitely the place to go if you want calm and quiet environment.

We were not advised by the hotel or Expedia that staff were on strike until we checked in. No shuttle, no dining - pool however was open and nice. As we have difficulty mobilizing we were inconvenienced by no dining options and no shuttle. Had planned to largely eat at hotel and take shuttle downtown. Disappointing value for money in hotel we normally love.
