Kayak rental - chair was not attached, Life vest straps were not working. Had to get help when son was knocked off kayak. Coast guard was called. Tie dye - shirt was not 100 % cotton so die all rinsed off.

Very courteous staff and the hotel was spotless

Everything about our experience was a perfect 10 out of 10. But what stood out time after time was every single interaction with any and all staff members. They are professional, friendly, and make you feel like the most important person on the planet. Every single time. I’ve stayed in beautiful hotels all over the world and this one is the best of the best.

This location was wonderful for us. On the more quiet end of Ft. Myers Beach and absolutely gorgeous. We walked out the door right onto the beach. Chairs and umbrellas were provided, and good parking. Felt very secure.

Very clean, modern and fun room design, my daughter loved the bunk beds! The pool and other amenities like the barbeques were great! Staff were super friendly and the hotel was right on the beach. Close to Fort Myers for entertainment but in a more peaceful, exclusive spot with a nicer beach, perfect for families.
