However the staff was overwhelmed and it was very difficult to get across to them when needed especially reception and guest service

Loved this place for the views and the pool. Staff was kind. Food was an abomination but the drinks were on point. Really no water available which was weird. Also they covered their air conditioner vents with tape - we only discovered it after 2 hot nights. How cheap!! Removed them and was finally able to sleep in comfort.
