Ebbsfleet Mountain Vacations

Our room was on the second floor with a Westerly aspect. Nice to have sun in the afternoon. The kitchen is ideal w microwave l, a 2 plate ceramic cooktop, toaster, electric kettle, good size underbench fridge, marble benchtop and stainless sink. Excellent heating system for the 3 deg C night to 11deg C day temps. For us the numeric coded front snd room door locks were ideal … no ieys to coordinate between partners and nothing to lose

Really warm greeting from the stsff as soon as we stepped into the hotel. Quick & efficient check-in. The room was cleaned to a very high standard. Plenty of choice at breakfast - everything from a full english cooked breakfast to a continental one. My only complaint was that there was no restaurant on site, only a cafe for snacks. Overall a great stsy & would definitely revommend.

Awesome property, great staff and roomy comfortable accommodations. Breakfast is awesome. On-site restaurant (Kerriges) is superb. Quiet location close to shopping, shows and the Underground. Bring a device that can Cast your content to TV so you don't have to try to find something to watch on the confusing TV/Media System, the channel guide is awful. The WiFi is lightning fast and great for streaming.

Really clean and great location

Location is amazing, it’s a high quality hotel with nice amenities and friendly staff and the bars are amazing.

Excellent place to stay

Our family stay at Residence Inn by Marriot Kensington, London May 8-12, 2026 was a wonderful experience. The staff and service are Outstanding! attentive, professional, polite, helpful and truly service-oriented. Rooms & facilities are very good. The Tesco supermarket is 3 minutes walking distance - it's super convenient & perfect for groceries, desserts etc. Earls court underground station is a 10 minute walk. One of the best 'value for money' properties we've enjoyed in a long time. A very special appreciation for Manager, Laust Anderson and hotel staff Joseph for making our stay truly memorable as well as to front desk staff Saif, Matin and Bianca. Looking forward to staying at this property again when visiting London.
