Great location to the airport and staff was very welcoming!

I have stayed here many times throughout the years. The location is convenient for what we like to do in the city. The hotel rooms are starting to get a little run down. The carpets are dirty and in poor repair, outlets don't work, shower doors off kilter etc. The room was marginally clean. All in all it wasn't much different than last time we stayed. The area around the hotel is getting less and less safe as the years go by. HEAVY police presence both Friday and Saturday night we were there. Hotel security and cops had their hands full keeping the groups of roving youths under control. We almost hit a teenage girl Saturday night randomly walking in the parking area. The hotel itself seemed to be having trouble keeping this under control. We saw two police foot chases in the 48 hours we were there. Keep this in mind if you like to wander around in the Loop.

The staff were kind and friendly! The valet was fast even though the parking garage was 2 blocks away. My boyfriend had to be a plumber and fix the toilet since it kept running non stop. He also turned into a HVAC worker because the grate to the air unit was loose and was making a jack hammer noise. Other than that it was a very pretty and beautiful hotel!

Kevin went above and beyond for my family when we were there for our daughter’s high school graduation! Made sure I always had a parking spot for my truck. Definitely recommend staying at the Cheshire. Definitely a different experience.

Yes, the Breakfast bar was fresh. I would have; however, preferred eggs cooked to order and waffles on the menu.

Property great. They deliver excellent service at a great value without being intrusive. Food at Gordon Ramsay’s kitchen was exceptional and the ambiance was wonderful

Everything was clean and in excellent shape. The room was spacious and comfortable.
