We loved our stay at this hotel. The location suited our needs. Our room on the 3rd floor faced the beautiful tall trees and was therefore quite dark, but we loved the space and made good use of the kitchen, laundry facilities and pool. The parking spaces are quite narrow, but the garage is easy to access from the street and from inside the hotel.

The hotel is very family friendly. My kid loves the pool.

Room is clean, easy access, w great communication with host, no issue at all , higly recommend to family and friend

Thank you very much for your kind message. We really enjoyed our stay at Whistler Premier, and overall, everything was excellent. The only thing I would suggest improving is the parking fee. Having to pay for the parking each night separately can be an extra step for guests, especially when they may simply forget to do it. Perhaps it would be easier to include the parking fee in the accommodation cost from the beginning and provide guests with a parking pass showing the dates of their stay. This way, guests would not have to worry about remembering to make a separate payment each night. Also, it might be better to schedule the pool water draining/refilling or maintenance during times when the pool is not normally being used, such as late at night. This would help ensure that guests can enjoy the pool during regular hours without interruption. Other than these suggestions, everything was great, and we truly appreciated our stay. Very nice appart-hotel. We stayed in a two bedrooms / two baths unit, with a full kitchen and living room. The rooms were large and clean. The sauna / hot tub / pool area is great for relaxing after a busy day. Location is a short walking distance from the center of Whistler village.
