Staff was very pleasant very clean, great little vibe, fun.
Only negative that I can think of was that the big outside water pool bar which is called 5 o’clock somewhere was it very slow. Waited about 15 to 20 minutes each time I wanted a drink.

The staff was excellent our only negative occurred when a previous guest broke a bottle in the outdoor swimming pool, thus the pool was closed during our stay. Swimming in the outdoor pool was one of the reasons why we chose to stay at the Elms.
