Good hotel, perhaps not the most family friendly. Drinking alcohol and vaping in the swimming pools seemed to be allowed. Shallow poor for children and that’s about it. The other was 1.75 meters I believe meaning I couldn’t stand in it and play with my child. The lady behind the bar was probably the most helpful and friendliest. The other two pools had the vaping and drinking from early afternoon. There was no car park either which could have been made clearer ahead of time. Room was cleaned every day but it seems the floor was only cleaned on our 3rd night which is not ideal if you’re like me and like to walk barefoot on clean floors. Food options were good but the vegetables tasted a little odd as if they add something to make them last longer or something. Upon check out we weren’t asked about our stay which seemed a missed opportunity to hear feedback, instead we were told we could just leave - not the best farewell.

Pros: 1. Great for families with little kids who enjoy spending time at the pool. 2. Great for families who want all inclusive convenience. 3. Great group of young people who work all day from 8 AM to 9 PM. 4. Good buffet and selection. Food is good with lots of variety. 5. Fun entertainment especially for little kids. 6. Lots of pool chairs- never had a problem finding a seat. Cons 1. It’s quite dated, a little dirty, and tired. Our toilet wasn’t secured so jiggled everytime we sat. Broken beach umbrellas, uneven tables. I know these sound like small things but all the small annoyances add up. 2. The Rooms are tiny- there were 2 of us in the room and both our suitcases barely fit when open, not to mention so tiny we couldn’t open the closet because the bed was in the way. 3. If you’re here for Ibiza beach views- this isn’t the place for you. We had a peekaboo view but most was of an empty lot, parking and trees. 4. It’s not beach front and a steep walk down 4 flights of stairs and the beach was packed. 5. You have to pay $10 to rent a towel and $2 to rent a cheap plastic cup for your drinks. You’d think at this price, this would be included. And nothing more cheap than drinking sangria out of a cheap plastic cup. 6. Room was cleaned every day but came back to sandy bed with the top sheet just tucked in. Given the price we paid and the amenities I wouldn’t stay here again. Better bang for your buck somewhere else.
