7.6/10 Good! (127 reviews)

Stayed just for a few hours after arriving in Indonesia- I was glad I didn’t book a full few days of stay. The room & property were unkempt. The price reflects what you should expect. It’s a shame, as the room & bath are so spacious & could be SO nice. However the property & rooms have been heavily neglected, sadly. However, it would be good enough for a single nights stay. The AC works great, hot water is refreshing, this property also has an elevator for those who travel heavy luggage.

8/10 Very good! (160 reviews)

I stayed in one of the larger suits, it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, mini bar stocked daily, breakfast was PLENTIFUL & then some. The pool I never did enjoy, I was far too busy during my stay to get a chance to enjoy the pool. The staff were SO kind and attentive, couldn’t be better. The spa was very impressive, highly recommend their on site spa. All in all I loved my stay so much & would HIGHLY this accommodation.

8.6/10 Excellent! (56 reviews)

Wonderful staff, everyone was so friendly. We only stayed one night between arriving by plane and leaving by train to Jogja, but I plan to come back and visit more of Surabaya, and I would love to stay here again.
