We had a fantastic time and the hotel staff were amazing! Highly recommend!

Our apartment was very spacious and stylishly decorated, with direct access to the garden and pool. The fridge was stocked with milk, yoghurt, cheese, ham and jams. Every morning, you received bread and a small pastry. However, it might have been nice to have a bit more variety for breakfast. The location was good for us. It’s out of the very centre of Lisbon, but it is located just 10/15 minutes walk away from the old area of Lisbon.

The hotel lounge was a fantastic amenity that was well used by guests. There was a sociable and friendly environment. Complimentary tea, coffees, water, pastries, biscuits, fruit and port were available throughout the day and night. There was also a bar for those guests who wanted something different. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The historic charm of the hotel and its locality were perfect. Altogether, a great place to stay.

We did ask for better pillows after the first night sleep and they provided some which were more comfortable. There’s no place in the bathroom to plug in the blow dryer so women have to use a blow dryer in the room where there is not a mirror. Our balcony only had one chair, even though there were two of us in the room and I had to ask for a second chair which they got to us by the end of our second day. Just a few things they could do to make this an exceptional place to stay. We also wished the thermal bath was warmer as it was too cold to really enjoy it.

Room was clean and set up nicely. Great location and staff was very helpful.

Upgraded to the junior suite which was absolutely amazing. Property is spotless and the staff are eager to assist. Would highly recommend when visiting Lisbon!
