This was a very nice apartment for rent.”The Landing” is a company who rents apartments from a complex and furnishes the apartments to rent out for one night or for a month or more. Everything was spot on! Some places you rent for short term, they ask you to wash your bedding etc before leaving. None of that! It’s a very quiet community, dog park, pool. However, you cannot get help from the apartment complex with your codes etc. It’s a sublet apartment. Codes and wifi you must contact “The Landing” and not Expedia or the “Arcadia apartment office” When you check in to the Landing online, they will take you through everything. Thankfully I did screenshot each page I checked because I was never able to access their app that they ask you to download and use. You need to save the key code for the front door that you are given. Save it because everytime you need to go in the building, you must use. Then you will have a code for your apartment door. The door has a “smart door lock”. We had never seen one of these. We were totally stumped at first. They don’t explain it. It’s an all black door knob and all you need to do is touch the knob and it will light up with white numbers like a clock and you punch in the code to the apartment. You do need to turn the deadbolt away from the door jam to unlock. When you leave, make sure you deadbolt the door.

This was our first time staying at The Pearl. It was beautiful, clean and relaxing. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. We had great access to the beach that was less than a 5 minute walk.

This property was beautiful! Staff was very kind and helpful. Food from the gastropub and from the grill were amazing. The real game changer for me was the adults only pool. No kids splashing around or fussing. My only complaint was there was no microwave or blow dryer in the room. We plan to come stay many more times.

Pasamos unos dias maravillosos ,solo vamos por pocos dias a disfrutar y hay muchos lugares lindos para visitar .Con respecto al hotel deben de precisar correctamente las fotos para que el cliente no sea engañado ,el hotel tiene dos instalaciones una a la orilla del mar que es la que muestra el internet y la otra hay que cruzar la carretera qué eso no lo especifican antes de reservar solo te dice habitacion con vista al mar ,habitacion con vista a la carretera y no es asi ,es al cruzar la carretera bien transitada por vehículos. ,habitación con un mal olor a pescado no había quien lo aguantara ,hable con el personal para que me cambiaran a otra habitación y me dijeron que no había disponible y los 5 dias qué estuve a dos puertas despues de la habitacion mía estuvo desocupada una con las ventanas abiertas y arreglada es desir no quisieron resolver la situación,.Por una sola vez fueron a cambiar las toallas .no pusieron ningun tipo de aseo personal en la habitacion algo tan simple y al llegar a checar tienes que pagar algo extra por noche que no esta incluido en la reservacion . Del hotel solo disfrutamos la cama para pasar la noche y tener donde bañarnos no tiene nada bueno ,Recomendación pongan las fotos de las dos instalaciones para que los clientes estén seguros y conformes con lo que están reservando
