Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet, perfect for unwinding after long days walking the city. The breakfast room is absolutely breath-taking—a stunning, frescoed space that feels like dining in a Venetian palace. What really sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service. The staff noticed that the dates of my reservation didn’t match our flights or transfer arrangements. They contacted me and helped sort everything. If I had one critique, it would be that the website displays a beautiful terrace which, I believe is only attached to a single suite—not a facility available to most guests. It would be helpful if this were made clearer. Overall, a superb hotel with exceptional staff.
