It is a lovely property ans breakfaat spread is quite large. Staff are friendly byt could be better trained on small nuances. The last who checked us in vaguely indicated the direction of the room and we spent 10 minuted walki g up and down searching for it. When we asked for a la carte food options other than the I.suan restaurant they have, ot took me 20 minutes to get the front desk to admit that a la carte foid could be ordered at tje lounge bar as well. When i we t to the lounge bar it took another 15.minutrs if argument for them to agree that yes they would accept the irdr even when the food menu was clearly lying inthe counter top! With a bit of better training this place would be great

The room was clean and well-maintained. However, the fridge in the room was not cold enough. The service was good overall, but for a suite, it did not feel like good value for money.

Excellent hotel well managed, comfortable room with a great view. Courteous staff and knowledgeable. Spent 20 days without a single issue. Easy access garage and great security. Great breakfast buffet daily. Food was great at all times at the restaurant.

Everything was amazing

Mixed experience. The room was a good size, the pool area was pleasant and never felt overcrowded, and the gym was modern and well equipped. Breakfast also offered a wide choice, and staff throughout the hotel were generally polite and welcoming. What let it down was the overall standard of service. Check-in felt unpolished and slightly disjointed — we weren’t given basic practical information such as breakfast times, where breakfast was served, or the opening hours for the pool and gym. The breakfast room was very busy and we had to find a table ourselves, which felt out of step with what you would expect from a hotel at this level. The bedroom itself had a noticeable stale smell that was difficult to shift given the windows cannot be opened. We also experienced intermittent issues with the Wi-Fi, which was frustrating. So overall, disappointing, particularly compared to other Shangri-la hotels. What I would say was that we provided this feeeback directly to the hotel and the GM personally acknowledged the issues which was appreciated from a customer service perspective.
