The pool bar was great. Staff was excellent.

Staff couldn't have been nicer. Property was beautiful and convenient to everything. Multiple dining options on property to suit all tastes/budget. The pool area was clean and relaxing. It was such a joy to cool off there! My room was a little bit noisy, but nothing to really complain about - afterall this is a hotel right in the middle of lots of things going on.

Poor parking forced to go Valet Parking at $50 a night since no where else to park that was available!!

Hotel is outdated. Very clean though.

Best hotel in Savannah! It truly deserves the five-star rating. We spent out anniversary in Savannah, and our room was beautiful and clean. Staff were wonderful, offered us a glass of champaigne upon arrival, a pleasant surprise!

overall the place was nice. the review for cleanliness was all about the smell!!. the issue is that when we checked in on the 5th floor the room reeked of dog urine. I was assured that although pet friendly, only rooms on the 1st floor allowed pets. well, whoever stayed before us had a pet that stank up the room. The staff moved me down the hall and the room was much better. However, there was still a faint smell of animal in the new room. A thorough cleaning is much needed to address the odors in the rooms. the restaurants were fine and the amenities were good.

It was very clean, quiet, and the location was perfect. The staff were excellent as well ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ highly recommend!
