Cockspur Island Mountain Vacations

It was overall, okay. What I saw in the photos, I felt didn't tell the story of my room. There were no upstairs downstairs, just a large airy space almost like a gym; I didn't mind seeing the pipes but someone else might so I mention them. The furniture was not as new as the photos suggested, the bed was fine which counts and the rooms were clean. This was my first outing since a stroke and covid and I found it hard to accept no daily upkeep of the room. I guess it's another thing we've lost to that phoney experience. I spent nights in hotels for 20 years previous to this time so I may not be the guy to answer all the questions. The staff were very helpful and friendly and it is very close to Savannah's activities. I use a cane and got around just fine; but the view may have been different when they built the hotel. The cost may be a little high or not,but it won't break the bank.

The suite was amazing. Clean with a great view. Fresh linens and towels every day. Every day complimentary cocktail and cookies. Breakfast at The Rhett was really good. Definitely will book again.
