It really set the tone for a great stay. My room was beautiful, featuring a comfortable king bed, cozy seating, and a convenient kitchenette that made it easy to prepare small meals. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, offering both comfort and luxury. The resort itself has fantastic amenities. The fitness room was well-equipped, and the indoor/outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing no matter the weather. The arcade room added a fun touch, especially for families, and the small market on-site made grabbing groceries and essentials effortless. I also visited the Serenity Spa, which lived up to its name—peaceful, professional, and wonderfully rejuvenating. A huge perk of staying here was the complimentary shuttle to Main Street. It made getting around incredibly easy, and I have to give special recognition to our driver, \*\*Spencer\*\*, who was absolutely exceptional—friendly, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make the ride enjoyable. Since I visited during the holidays, I have to mention the Christmas decorations. The resort was beautifully decorated inside and out, creating a festive and magical atmosphere throughout the property. Overall, exceeded my expectations in every way. All of the staff were so sweet, the hotel was very clean, and the valet team was quick and friendly. We also loved having the shuttle to go downtown—such a convenient bonus. They need to solve the driving back up the mountain to property from Park City problem at gate… pretty stupid to have a guard tell guests they have to use funicular to return but we could drive our vehicle down the mountain no problem from the hotel?!? and the valet actually drove our vehicle back up as we rode the funicular?!? Also the fine dining option Rime needs some attention to food quality. The Brasserie and poolside offerings were on the money but the ‘fancy’ restaurant was below expectations. To their credit they did their best to rectify things and we never had any issues at all with any of the servers or staff anywhere in the property. All very nice and worked hard to make things right.
