The hotel offers a convenient location within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were consistently friendly and respectful, which made the stay very pleasant. The only area that could be improved was the breakfast — it felt too simple and lacked variety, leaving limited options to choose from.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary transfers from and to the airport were useful. Transfers to the airport were only on an hourly basis. The buffet breakfasts were varied with plenty of options and opened early at 0500 hr or earlier on some days. The evening buffet dinner and show was entertaining with a wide variety of food. Our room was spacious but I did find the closet to be on the small size. Bathroom was also spacious with a bathtub. Water pressure and temperature were no problems. Coffee maker, kettle, safe, and fridge worked well. TV worked well and was easy to use. Wi-Fi was easy to connect and reliable.

Our room was very well maintained. We appreciated Henry's welcome and orientation as well as he helped my wife when she came down with altitude sickness and provided the oxygen tank when she needed it early in the morning. We also liked the complimentary breakfast and our server was very helpful and our extra orders for food was cooked to perfection. Our room was cleaned regularly. The issues we had were that we never received the iron we requested. All other hotels immediately provided an iron for our clothes. Our room was also located across the garden, so if we needed to refill the filtered drinking water, we had to walk across the outdoor garden and past the reception desk and into the next rooms where the water fountain was located. It's fine if it is during the day, but at night it was cold, raining at times and inconvenient. We also did not like the Muna, Cocoa teas and coffee. Which was very surprising since the coffee and Muna tea everywhere we stayed, like Lima and Urubamba and other places in the sacred valley including the small restaurants were excellent. Overall this hotel has great views of Cusco and surrounding Andes. It is on a very steep hill so just be mindful. Thank you.

From arriving at the train station to be met by Ruben who took care of the luggage, got us into the bus and by the time we were up at the hotel our bags were ready for us. Upon arrival we were greeted by Anthony "our shaman". Took care of every detail and gave us a lot of historical information. Have to say everyone from the front desk to the restaurant and bar were excellent and made our (short) stay worth it. Thanks to all!
