Breakfast in Marie Brasserie was the highlight of my day - wonderful service overlooking the canal and an exceptional array of foods available at the buffet or for order. The hotel is small enough that the staff recognizes you and it really feels like a home away from home. Wonderful!! (1,000 reviews) The staff were excellent throughout my stay—very professional, welcoming, and attentive. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection and good quality. However, there were a few drawbacks. In the breakfast area, the cooking smells tended to stick to clothes, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was not cooling properly and felt warm. Our room also had a limited view, and there was some noticeable noise at times. Overall, it was a good stay, mainly due to the quality of service and breakfast, but addressing these issues would significantly improve the guest experience.
