(1,000 reviews) Staff were overall fantastic and would say they were 10/10\. However for the price we paid, there were some things that weren’t that great. The rooms were pretty bare, and had scratches all over the walls and broken window blinds. And staff would generally be working right outside our window so it felt a bit intrusive at times. The photos make it look perfect but it’s not. The area around is kinda sketchy but it is Jaco Beach. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and the main strip. The staff was the best part of the property. They were super friendly and the activities director was amazing. I would stay at this property again given the cost we paid vs other name brand hotels / properties. Overall I enjoyed our stay but it was because of the people that worked there.
