(195 reviews) I tried to contact this property several times months before my travel by email, Expedia messaging and by phone. Finally , I talked to someone who assured me my request of staying in the same room for 2 nights (booked separately) was taken care of only to find out at arrival they had no idea what I was talking about and asked me to go back to the desk in the morning. On top of this, I had to request extra linen for my sofa bed, the main light was flickering (we requested twice for it to be fixed and was not) and the fridge was hot. The cleaning staff knocked on our door at 9 am to ask when we were leaving (check out is 11 am) and the buffet is overly priced and not good! The payment system at the buffet restaurant is very discombobulated. The staff seem to have a communication break down which I don’t expect when I come to a top notch resort! The views are amazing!
