I would not actually call it a five star restaurant specifically due to the cleanliness. My balcony was full of bird poop and my shower was always lukewarm. It never got very warm if it got warm but hot climate so I didn’t hate the lukewarm shower. The buffet breakfast was decent and OK for the price. I did stay away from the other restaurant due to prior reviews so I can’t add to that. However, the dinner celebration for the New Year’s Eve was lovely. The staff right from receiving us to retrieve the luggage, registration is very courteous and helpful. 2\. Amazing special mentioned, is when we called to repair water seepage from the shower closet, it was immediately attend to, there and then. The technician is knowledgeable and courteous. 3\. The housekeeping is so understanding. Though we did not request for washing tray, soap and sponge. The housekeeping noticed that we used the kitchen utensils, plate, knife, and taking the bread toaster. This is amazing. We not know their names. But really appreciate them.
