North Central Texas − Voyage de noces

La chambre n'est pas de première jeunesse mais la vue est extraordinaire, l'espace est dingue ! l'architecture de l'hôtel une pépite, et le personnel incroyable. Le parking n'est pas compris dans le prix mais c'est un confort qui vaut le prix, et les voituriers exceptionnels. hôtel super bien situé, on peut tout faire a pied après !

Grand hôtel bien situé dans downtown mais accueil décevant et cher par rapport aux prestations certes correctes mais loin d’être celles d’un 5 étoiles ailleurs

Expérience très décevante à l'hotel OMNI de Dallas avec un mauvais management. Séjour de 5 nuits pour la coupe du monde Fifa dans un hotel récent et bien plaçé. Le problème est que cet hotel est trés mal géré avec 2 problèmes inacceptables: 1) Un service de chambre qui oublie purement et simplement de faire le ménage le 3° jour, ce qu'on découvre en rentrant à 23h. Quand on appelle le Guest service, une employée nous dit qu'elle va nous envoyer des serviettes propres...ce qu'elle n'a jamais fait. Et quand on la rappelle, elle nous dit d'aller à l'accueil si on est pas content !? 2) Une double facturation de repas au restaurant OWNER'S BOX que les équipes n'ont toujours pas corrigées après 2 semaines. Malgrè les mails et preuves fournies, personne ne répond :(( Inacceptable de la part d'un hotel de ce standing et seul vrai mauvais souvenir de Dallas et du Texas.

We chose The Joule as one of the highlights of our Texas trip, expecting a true five-star family experience. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. At check-in, one of our two rooms was still unavailable after 5:00 p.m. (although check-in is guaranteed from 3:00 p.m.), and despite requesting rooms on the same floor as our children, we had to accept rooms on different floors. Our room was also missing bottled water and a coffee machine, which had to be requested. We were also surprised to pay a $35 daily hotel service fee, supposedly covering amenities such as the pool and in-room services, yet the service did not match the charge. Housekeeping had still not serviced our room by late afternoon, bottled water was again missing, and the overall experience fell well below five-star standards. The biggest disappointment was the pool. By late afternoon, many guests were drinking heavily and several appeared intoxicated. The atmosphere felt more like an adults-only party than a luxury hotel welcoming families. That evening, loud intoxicated guests in the hallway kept us awake until we had to call security. We were also disappointed that ongoing construction around the hotel was not disclosed before our arrival. The hotel is beautifully designed, but the service and overall experience did not justify its five-star rating or the additional service fee. Families should know that the atmosphere is geared more toward adults seeking a lively social scene than a relaxing luxury st
