(99 reviews) The property was nice for a large family to stay. It fit our entire family which was nice but it’s not shiny new. Road noise at night is obnoxious but we were near the front. The photos make it look perfect but it’s not. The area around is kinda sketchy but it is Jaco Beach. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and the main strip. The staff was the best part of the property. They were super friendly and the activities director was amazing. I would stay at this property again given the cost we paid vs other name brand hotels / properties. Overall I enjoyed our stay but it was because of the people that worked there. (24 reviews) The room is okay, I love the kitchenette, fully equipped, the only downfall and I would recommend is you get a little table and chairs inside or get an umbrella for the outside table, when the sun hit when we were eating it was unbearably sunny and there was nowhere to sit inside to eat. The only other annoying factor was the sliding glass doors, outside to the balcony were so noisy when opening and closing , that you could hear them down at the pool, if anyone was sleeping as soon as you open the doors it would wake them up, there was no quiet way of opening them, believe me we tried.
