Tv didn’t work, air conditioner didn’t work (they told me to open the window if I was hot!) Not the standard you expect at this price.

Excellent location in Vienna Ring 1 to walkable distance to many attractions. Friendly staff and good breakfast buffet. I got upgraded room which is spacious and clean. Definitely recommend.

Excellent location just a 5–6 minute walk to all main public transportation stops like Wien Westbahnhof. The staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful, especially the kitchen team and the Front Office. A comfortable stay overall with good service and easy access to the city.

The rooms were very generous in size, however they felt a bit empty, and lacked warmth. The rest of the hotel was also beautifully decorated, and gave a sense of luxury, however there could be more small, personal touches to enhance the overall experience.

Lovely hotel at convenient location close to metro and tram station. Good facilities. Only downside is that rooms can get very hot with limited to no air conditioning.

Staff was very helpful in surprising my wife with a birthday bouquet at breakfast. Everyone was very professional.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade at check‑in, which immediately made the experience feel special. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently polite, friendly, and welcoming. Our Junior Suite was extremely spacious, and the balcony was an unexpected highlight — the view of the city was incredible. The bathroom was also impressively large, with both a bidet and a toilet, which added a nice touch of comfort and convenience. We didn’t try the food, so I can’t speak to the dining options, but everything else about our stay was excellent. We would happily return.
