We had such a wonderful stay! The resort was beautiful, clean, cozy, and very comfortable. What really stood out was how welcoming everyone made us feel. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. You could tell they genuinely cared about making our experience special. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!

The hotel should make sure to inform guests self-park is not available and $65 a day in/out valet. Street parking is worthless since a 3-hour max! We arrived at 2:45 with hotel check-in policy at 4:00 and told room not ready which we reserved a premium suite.We weren’t offered any stay in options and told housekeeping finishing up and we’d be texted when room was ready. 4:00 came and went and I arrived back to front desk at 4:15 asking again about room preparedness. Desk clerk said room would be ready in a few more minutes! They offered drink vouchers as compensation for delays, told them would prefer they cover my nights’ parking they declined my request! Hotel is nice but in need of building updating. Paint chipping on exterior walls, some rusted out door hardware, etc. At check out was double billed a pool dining bill that was adjusted after I caught it on my final billing statement at checkout.
