(4,968 reviews) They need new management ASAP for the Housekeeping and Maintenance department. The rooms smelled and the worst part was the air was heavily congested which aggravated my allergies/ sinus issues. Toilet tank was craked and licking water on the bathroom floor. Shower drain clogged and took forever to empty out. No shower gel , no body lotion provided. Lamps and wall arts/decor were dusty, rusty and somehow looked like they were picked up from a trash bin. Sorry for this review, but I was honestly disappointed. Lobby area was well kept but I wish the rooms were too, so I could sleep comfortably. And last, I requested for a blanket / comforter to keep me warm....well, the so called blanket they brought to me looked as if lt was forgotten in the dryer and over heated and burned. Anyway, I would not want to ever stay at that location again. I will stick to my usual Mariott, Hyatt or Hard Rock hotels.
