North Austin Honeymoon Vacations

Nice newly renovated property if you need something more spacious than a hotel. I got the two bedrooms and they were both on separate ends for complete privacy. Housekeeping staff was lovely, however, the kitchen glasses were ALL GREASY so I Donny know which maid pulled a fast one in the shortcut department. Dishwasher was malfunctioned but I had a good use of the washing machine for my daily laundry. Front desk were a bit in lalaland but what do you expect from Gen Z these days? I would defray here again in my next business trip.

The room was spotless, and the bartender was incredibly friendly, which made me feel especially comfortable as a solo traveler. I felt completely safe and truly loved every aspect of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the drinks were fantastic. The valets and front desk staff were all extremely warm and welcoming. I will absolutely be staying here again.

Great trial to walk on

Good: Brooke at the front desk was fantastic. We upgraded to a top floor corner room. The renovated hotel looks amazing. The room was clean and modern. Check in and check out were easy and going in and out of the parking garage was simple once you got a barcode from the front desk. Bad: We had lukewarm hot water almost the entire time. Even when we did have hot water, it would only last for five minutes or so before it got lukewarm at best. My wife is a hot shower kind of person and so she was dismayed when we got back to the room every night and she was having to freeze her way through a shower. Also, the shower leaked like crazy. It’s made up of two panes of glass with one of the panes on a track system so you can close it. However, in the middle, where the panes overlap, there’s a 1 1/2 inch gap where no matter how careful you are, water escapes and gets all over the bathroom floor. So, every shower requires a towel being placed on the floor which is then literally sopping wet by the time you’re done. It was expected but parking is pretty expensive. I don’t think anybody’s a fan of paying $55 a day to self park your car in a garage. Hotel seemed to be mostly business travelers. I think if you’re traveling for business and you’re just using your room to sleep and are up and out in the morning it’s just fine. However, we were there in vacation and wanted to sleep in occasionally. Unfortunately, the atrium design seems to be inherently loud by itself. By 8 everyone up.
