Highly recommend for a peaceful, quiet, comfortable tropical getaway where the staff is highly attentive and will go the extra mile to make their guests happy.

I do not recommend staying here at all. Our experience was absolutely terrible, and the biggest concern was the roaches crawling all over the food and dining areas. It was extremely unsanitary, and after seeing that, I refused to eat. To make matters worse, my friend asked for a glass with ice, and underneath the ice there was black debris and a piece of straw at the bottom of the glass. That was completely unacceptable and raised even more concerns about cleanliness. I also booked a massage shortly after we arrived, and unfortunately, that experience was just as disappointing. The towels used during my massage were stinky, oily, and dirty, and it honestly did not seem like they had been changed. The massage therapist was also discreetly on her phone throughout much of the massage. She would take long pauses, and when I was lying face up, I could see around the towel placed over my eyes and actually saw her using her phone. We had originally booked a 5-night stay, but we left on the second day because we simply could not stay there any longer. Unfortunately, we lost money because we were not refunded for the remaining nights. We were traveling with friends, and everyone in our group had the same terrible experience. At the last minute, we had to book rooms at the Radisson Blu, which was a completely unexpected and unplanned expense. Had I known our experience at Beachcomber would be anything like this, I never would have stayed there in the first place. Don’t get mislead

Dawn and the whole staff were fantastic. The whole island was set up for us to use at all times.

The staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly and being adjacent to a beautiful beach was great. The continental breakfast was lovely and included a choice of one hot meal which was a pleasant surprise. Our room was clean and a staff member came every morning to see if we needed anything, eg. more bottled water. However somewhere to sit inside our room would have been good as the only place to sit was on the bed or on the deck outside. The main restaurant was very nice with a large outdoor area. The bar was comfortable with very pleasant staff. The pools were very nice but too cold for us to use unfortunately.

The property was wonderful. The rooms are large, well appointed, comfortable, and beautiful. We enjoyed the plunge pool, outdoor lounging area, beachside room, outdoor shower, tasty coffee in the room, rain shower, complementary beauty items, nightly turn down service with chocolates and stories to read, and so much more. The staff goes above and beyond to greet you and memorize your name. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs throughout the day. We did not get a chance to check out the spa. I did put in a last minute request but they didn’t get back to me till after we’d left. However, to their credit, since it was raining lots of people booked the spa.

Love this place we have stayed at intercontinental 2 times now staff are very friendly Nova restaurant is beautiful food for a special occasion Played 4 rounds of golf at Natadola golf course beautiful course with amazing beach views and food is really good too

Property was well maintained & clean . Easy & convenient location .

Clean rooms the house was absolutely perfect for our wedding group. We had some of the most amazing views and it was in a perfect location near the airport. An issues we had were dealt with immediately.

Great place to stay, good gym and facilities. Friendly staff.
