Staff was friendly. Spacious room and bathroom. Bed was huge and comfortable. location is good, near metro and bus station, convenient store, restaurants all within short walking distance.

Fantastic stay! The front desk staff was incredibly professional and welcoming. The hotel boasts top-notch facilities, thoughtful amenities, and spotless rooms. Breakfast variety was impressive. Highly recommend this gem in Guangzhou!

This has to be the most unique, clean, and wonderful hotel. The hospitality of the staff is so welcoming and they are very knowledgeable and helpful with questions / directions .

My flight got delayed, so I had to change up my original plans. After talking it over, the hotel was cool with letting me cancel my booking for free. From the pics, it looks like a really chic and nice hotel. I’m hoping to stay there next time I’m in China.

I didn't like the fact we were given Handicap rooms and had to change rooms the following day. Waste of time. As 2 businessmen who have already booked the accommodation it should not be difficult to check into a the correct room type. Plus the coffee selection in a hotel like the Sheraton is not up to standard.
