Extremely friendly bell staff and very quick service for baggage collection. The staff in the lobby/bar area were very friendly. The room was spacious and had tall ceilings, it felt grand but updated. Far away from the chaos of the center of the city but easy enough to walk to it.

The Junior Suite was spacious with a mattress that's the perfect balance of firm and soft. Ample wardrobe space and a generous supply of hangers. The TV supports screen mirroring, and the bathroom is bright and spotless with premium toiletries.The breakfast was top-notch. Hot Chocolate is incredibly rich and intense. The made-to-order breakfast menu is exquisite, offering an extensive selection of dishes. The Spa was clean, spacious, and relaxing.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel is very well maintained and spotlessly clean throughout. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
One of the highlights was definitely the spa — after a long day of walking and exploring, it was so nice to unwind in the pool and hot tub. We also received complimentary drinks vouchers, which was a lovely touch. We enjoyed sitting outside by the fountain with a cup of tea, which made the experience even more relaxing.
The location is excellent, with plenty of great places within walking distance. We especially loved the pizza from Belli Di Mamma — absolutely amazing and only a short walk away.
Overall, a fantastic stay with great facilities, a perfect location, and friendly touches that made it extra special. I had a great 30th birthday
