Rooms were spacious and clean, the property looks pretty well maintained. The service was also very prompt and welcoming. Location is very central to the main shopping district (right opposite platinum mall) - although there is heavy construction in the area our stay was undisturbed. The only downside is the traffic jam on tha main road due to the construction - opt to walk or the trains for travel instead of car.

Just Amazing. Close to Metro. Close to diverse entertainment. I hope they do not start increasing their rates.

Relaxing tropical garden setting. Quiet and tranquil villa with private plunge pool overlooking garden with ponds, and large bathtub in a very spacious bathroom. Staff attention to rooms daily was prompt and conscientious. Convenient location a short walk to the main Karon beach and to nearby markets and stores.

Good clean location with helpful staffs all around. The breakfast buffets are good and the rooftop view offer an amazing view of Bangkok. Perfect location nearby lots of shopping and restaurants. A short walk from the airport rail

We have free breakfast and there are a lot of food choices. The hotel ambiance is wonderful. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is very high end. The rooms are Morden luxurious and have all amenities that you could want. The in room dining service was very good as was the gym amd breakfast. The spa services were good but was an onsen so had to go in naked with separate facilities for men and woman. The massage was good and all services were very cheap compared to the UK. Was central and near good shopping services. Would highly recommend. Oh and the staff were very attentive.
