The location is out of the way but with easy transit connection. We had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the door codes. We chose it for parking but host at first did not give us a spot (had to ask). The Wi-Fi was surprisingly not functional and the TV cable was unplugged behind a chair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The staff was super responsive on WhatsApp, though, and tried to help with the TV (which we sorted out after all, though after missing a chunk of a World Cup game).

Absolutely beautiful hotel.
The female staff in the spa area were quite snobbish and rude, but we had no issues with any other staff.
The rooms were wonderful, but the lights were extremely dim in the rooms and bathrooms which is a hindrance for those with bad eyesight.
