Wonderful, kind staff. Beautiful hotel, conveniently located. Could have done without the constant construction

The perfect Bali experience

We absolutely loved the villas here. We were on our honeymoon, and when we arrived the bath was poured and filled with salts and petals, swan towels with petals and flowers decorated the bed, and there were candles in the bathroom. What a lovely arrival! Having the private pool is a decadence we are now addicted to; the pool area was amazing with a huge cabana and outdoor shower and toilet. The beds are very comfortable and the housekeeping staff keep the place immaculate, cleaning twice a day if you desire it. The butler is available 24/7 and offers free drop offs/pick up from the Sanur area - fabulous! All the staff are soooo friendly and welcoming, and the food is devine! Breakfasts are to die for which a huge range of food available, and the chef accommodated allergy requirements with ease. We totally recommend this property. If you can, book the private cooking class with Gusti - it's well worth it!

The hotel had a cool layout and the staff was great and very coordinated. They would plan on servicing your room whenever you left and didnt bother you.

Excellent location.Property is well maintained and clean.Has all the facilities.Like pool and gym etc.Did not use any facilities during stay . Very friendly staff all around the hotel very welcoming

Quite and trenquile spot. Absolutely stunning resort with lush forest surroundings. People and staff are all first class. Always with a smile and willing to help under all circumstamce.
