The only problem we had was the food was a bit cold, some meat tough and there were only buffets, no al a carte. Such a pity. But for the money it was good value. Limited variety and the toughest Rib-eye steak! However, the Sessions restaurant provided a very good daily buffet breakfast. Good if you like rock music. (275 reviews) We stayed in the Hotel Princess Inspire for Christmas. The hotel is absolutely clean, the rooms very modern. The main pool was heated. The food restaurant (buffet) has also vegetarian dishes and food for persons with allergies (lactose etc.). The staff is super friendly. The hotel is in the middle of Adeje Coast with access to numerous hiking trails (20 - 40 Minutes by car). The ferry to La Gomera can be reached in 20 minutes by car. They had a gala dinner on 25th December, which was spectacular. We would certainly come back to the hotel. Only point of criticism: We had a room with a view to the pool.
