(9 reviews) The staff were friendly and helpful and the room had amenities I like such as a kitchen, mini-fridge, microwave, table, and a good view. On the negative side, the room did not have a safe and the room was not attractive, with wear and tear showing and was not as clean as I like. The bathroom had an odd design, including a separate shower room with a room-type door, so it felt like going into a closet to shower. The hotel has a small convenience store, cafe, spa and gym. The gym was a disappointment, as it had very limited exercise equipment and most had broken or poorly working parts. (695 reviews) The hotel and room were very nice, with beautiful design and quality finishes, like the tile in the bathroom. My room was small but adequate for me as a solo traveler. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gym was very nice, but I recommend they ditch the rap music that was piped-in the gym and the pool area. I spoke with other hotel guest who also disliked this awful noise. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of dishes to choose from. Only reason we found it is because of the exterior picture on the map. Whoever rated it as “excellent” must own the joint. TV didn’t work, wifi didn’t work, no signage, weak air con, and no airport shuttle - despite what the booking info described. I’d be nicer and leave it that, but the staff seemed annoyed by me as well (except for the gentleman who showed us to our room). (75 reviews) Really nice room but some sort of maintenance constant knock was going on around the building during the stay and also the wifi wouldn't stay connected to the television in the room possibly a television issue because connection wasn't lost to phones, but occasionally went very high ping. There was no warning when booking the room that traditional baths cannot use soaps so unfortunately my fiancee was excited to use a few things she got beforehand that she couldn't during the stay, and the food was well very good the first night we ate but maybe a change of chef's it was definitely a bit undercooked going forward but overall still good.
