Dirty glasses left on the bar counter during meal service. A pain to run a tab as they don’t ask you when checking in. So you have to give them your credit card at reception and first time at bar. Sitting on loungers you never saw a server asking you if you want something. Inefficiencies in dining room as tables never cleaned off after first sitting. (314 reviews) What an amazing vacation we had. After 5 days most of the staff had become good friends. It was sad to say goodbye to them. The location is stunning too with 180 degree views of 2 beaches. Outside our room we had a monkey highway as each morning 10 monkeys would walk across the vines outside our room. The wildlife are real happy there as we saw sloths, friendly lizards and lots of monkeys. And last but not least, the food was amazing at both restaurants. We cant wait to return!
