(1,005 reviews) The "rooms" are more like bungalows and are wonderful and pretty private. The food at the restaurant was great every time we ate there. The only possible downside is parking and walking to your bungalow, but porters bring your luggage for you and I'm sure they will get it for you when you check out. We took our own. The night tour for frogs was great and easy walk, we actually saw a sloth on our walk. We also took the sloth tour and saw 7! Including 2 moms with babies:) We ran out of time to do the bridge and waterfall:( I would highly recommend staying here! Everyone and everything was great!! The photos make it look perfect but it’s not. The area around is kinda sketchy but it is Jaco Beach. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and the main strip. The staff was the best part of the property. They were super friendly and the activities director was amazing. I would stay at this property again given the cost we paid vs other name brand hotels / properties. Overall I enjoyed our stay but it was because of the people that worked there.
